I’m not a huge fan of Cranberry concoctions… especially those derived from a can.
This recipe provides a unique twist with a little kick!!!!
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 12oz package of Cranberries
1 bunch of Green Onions
2 fresh jalapenos, seeded (or not)
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 bunch of Cilantro (give or take)
2 cups of Sugar (or Xylitol)
Lightly blend in food processor to desired consistency.
Refrigerate for a couple of hours. The longer it sits…the better it gets!
This is great as a garnish or by itself … by the spoonful straight from the fridge! Hey, don’t judge please 🙂
