When I read the recipe for ‘Cider-Glazed Salmon, or Saumon Gelee A La Louis XIV’, I couldn’t stand it…I had to fix it.
I have to say, it does not disappoint. I, by no means, am a pro in the kitchen… this recipe was very easy to do. I fixed spaghetti squash as our side… probably not everyone’s first choice to go with salmon, but it sounded good to me.
If you don’t have Molly’s book, it’s a great read. Maybe you could add it to your Christmas wish list?
