When sending one general email to many different recipients, I like to use the Bcc function. Bcc helps to keep email addresses confidential. Here’s an example:
To: Use this box to address the email to yourself.
Bcc: Use this box, to enter all of the recipients.
Subject: Don’t forget to include a subject!
This is what it will look like on your end before you hit send:
This is what the email looks like in the “inbox” on my computer.
Other email applications may be formatted a bit differently, but all of the applications will conceal the list of “Bcc” recipients.
