Word to those in a hurry … Completely read all instructions before you begin!!!

3 cups sugar

¾ cup butter (1 ½ sticks)

1 small can (5oz) evaporated milk (about 2/3 c)

1 pkg Semi-Sweet chocolate chips (about 2 c)

1 jar of Marshmallow Crème (7oz)

1 cup chopped Pecans or Walnuts (we use Pecans)

1 tsp Vanilla

Spray rectangle-baking dish with Pam, set aside.

Gather all, pre-measured, ingredients and have within reaching distance before you begin!!!

Place sugar, butter and evaporated milk in large heavy saucepan.

Bring to a full rolling boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.

Boil 4 minutes, stirring constantly to prevent scorching.

Did I mention, completely read all instructions before you begin!!!

Remove from heat.

ADD chocolate chips and marshmallow crème; stir until completely melted.

Add walnuts and vanilla; mix well.

(Didn’t get a picture at this stage…too busy trying to get it all stirred together)…ouch, my wrist hurts.

Pour immediately into prepared pan; spread to form even layer in pan.

Let stand at room temperature 4 hours or until completely cooled; cut into bite sized squares.

We store ours in the fridge.

Can be kept out, in an airtight container, at room temperature.

Can also be frozen.

Best Fudge EVER… Yum.
