Pecan 1

4 Tbl – Water

2 Tsp – Worcestershire sauce

1 1/2 Tsp – Chili Powder

1 Tsp – Garlic Salt (I used Adobo)

1 Tsp – Cayenne Pepper

1/4 C – Sugar

3 C – Pecans

Combine all ingredients, except pecans, in large bowl, stirring well.

Add pecans, stirring well to coat.

Pecan 2

Cover 13″ x 9″ x 2″ pan with parchment paper.

Spray parchment paper with non-stick cooking spray.*

Pecan 3

Bake, uncovered, at 300 for 20-25 minutes, stirring after 10-12 minutes.

Pecan 4

Remove from oven, transfer to clean parchment paper to cool.  Let cool completely.

Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

*Thank you to @FatDaddySweets my Twitter friend who gave me the parchment paper trick!!!  It works like a charm!

  3. THANK YOU! Too funny! YES you do have Adobo…and you need to ‘open’ it and give it a try!!!
    Guapito was too funny… he was so focused on helping with the pecans… AND he likes them!!!
